Role Description This is a remote, contract role for an English teacher at Curvia AI. The English teacher will design and deliver engaging online English lessons tailored to diverse learner needs and proficiency levels, including professionals working in technology and AI-related fields. Daily tasks include preparing lesson plans and learning materials, facilitating live or asynchronous sessions, providing constructive feedback on assignments, and monitoring learner progress. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align language instruction with project or client requirements, and integrating digital tools and resources to enhance learning outcomes. The English Teacher is expected to maintain clear communication with learners, uphold academic standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of the curriculum and teaching methods. Mode of Work: Fully Remote Pay: $13 per task Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong English Teaching and Teaching skills, with experience delivering instruction to diverse learner groups. • Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Education skills, including curriculum development and assessment design. • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field, or recognized teaching certifications (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) are beneficial. • Experience teaching English remotely using digital platforms and tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities, is preferred. • Familiarity with technology, AI-related terminology, or corporate training environments is an advantage.
