Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Construction Company, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, project profitability, client satisfaction, and compliance with the Group's strategic objectives. The CEO leads the development and execution of the company's business strategy, oversees the company's portfolio of construction projects, manages key client and stakeholder relationships, and ensures effective utilization of financial, human, technical, and operational resources. The role is accountable for the company's overall financial performance, project delivery, business development, risk management, operational efficiency, and organizational performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or an MBA is preferred. • Professional certifications in project or construction management are an advantage. Minimum Experience: • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the construction and contracting industry. • Minimum 5–7 years in a senior executive or general management position, preferably as CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent. • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects and multiple project portfolios
