General Manager We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and coordinate our company’s overall operations, commercial performance, business development, and organizational growth. The GM will work closely with the CEO/Chairman and lead coordination across: • Finance & Commercial  • Sales & Marketing  • Business Development  • Procurement & China Supply  • Logistics & Shipping  • Operations & Projects  • Engineering & Technical  • HSE & Quality  • HR & Team Leadership  • Odoo ERP & Digital Management  What We’re Looking For - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Experience managing multiple departments and teams - Strong background in business development, sales, operations, or project management - Financial and commercial understanding - Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Experience with international suppliers/partners is an advantage - Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic, and English; Persian is an advantage - Willingness to visit branches and project sites - Valid driving license and own vehicle 📍 Location: Erbil / Kurdistan Region  💼 Position: Full-Time General Manager 📩 Apply / Send your CV: info@powerful-iq.com
