Finance Manager

Finance Manager Noor Al-Nibras for Concentrated Perfumes Trading is seeking an experienced and highly competent Finance Manager to lead and manage our Finance Department in Baghdad – Bab Al-Muadham. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee the Finance and Accounting functions and team. • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow. • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. • Ensure accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closing. • Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis. • Monitor revenues, expenses, profitability, and overall financial performance. • Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls, policies, and procedures. • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support business decisions. • Coordinate with external auditors and relevant financial authorities. • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulations, and company policies. • Lead, supervise, and develop the Finance & Accounting team. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial experience. • Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems. • High level of accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet financial deadlines.
