Raban Al Safina Group Raban Al Safina for Oil & Gas Projects Operations Manager Oil & Gas Project Delivery Raban Al Safina for Oil & Gas Projects is seeking an Operations Manager to coordinate day-to-day delivery across its project operations and strengthen execution discipline, resource utilization and site performance. Key Responsibilities • Translate project commitments into coordinated operating plans, mobilization schedules and resource priorities. • Manage the deployment of personnel, equipment, subcontractors and support services across active sites. • Coordinate project managers, engineering, procurement and logistics to remove execution constraints. • Monitor productivity, cost, progress, quality and safety performance and lead corrective action. • Standardize operating procedures, escalation routines and operational reporting. • Support commissioning readiness, completion activities and transitions between project phases within the assigned scope. Requirements • Substantial operations management experience within oil and gas project delivery or contracting. • Direct field experience coordinating multidisciplinary execution teams and several concurrent work fronts. • Strong planning, workforce management, equipment utilization and contractor supervision capability. • Practical understanding of project controls, procurement dependencies, safe systems of work and quality requirements. • Evidence of improving delivery performance, controlling operating costs and resolving site execution issues. Preferred: A relevant engineering or operations qualification; experience integrating site operations with central project controls and support functions.
