Inventory Coordinator

Position: Inventory Coordinator Location: Erbil Job Summary: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all inventory movements between warehouses, ensuring accurate tracking of sales orders, and overseeing the receiving and documentation of incoming deliveries. This position plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, facilitating smooth operations across multiple locations, and supporting the overall efficiency of the inventory management system at the main office. Job Description: • Transfer Management: • Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouses • Track and document all transfer movements • Sales Order Tracking: • Monitor sales orders during warehouse loading operations • Verify loaded items match order specifications • Delivery Processing: • Receive delivery receipts from warehouse teams • Enter delivery data into SAP system • Convert sales orders to deliveries for Finance department (AR Invoice) • Maintain accurate delivery records • Coordination: • Liaise between warehouses, inventory, and finance departments • Resolve delivery discrepancies and processing issues Qualifications: • Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in inventory/logistics/supply chain • SAP system knowledge (training will be provided for fresh graduates) • Strong Excel and data entry skills • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Kurdish and Arabic communication skills • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
