Raban Al Safina Group Raban Al Safina for Oil & Gas Projects Deputy Managing Director Oil & Gas Projects Raban Al Safina for Oil & Gas Projects is seeking a Deputy Managing Director to translate company strategy into coordinated execution and support the Managing Director across operational, technical and commercial priorities. Key Responsibilities • Drive execution of approved business plans and monitor company and project performance. • Coordinate engineering, projects, procurement, operations, commercial and support functions. • Lead management reviews, track critical decisions and resolve cross-functional delivery constraints. • Support budgets, cash-flow forecasts, tender decisions, contract reviews and client negotiations. • Oversee assigned projects or business functions and implement performance improvement plans. • Represent the Managing Director within delegated authority and maintain timely escalation of significant risks. Requirements • Proven senior leadership in an oil and gas projects company, with responsibility across several functions or projects. • Strong technical understanding of oil and gas project execution and the interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. • Demonstrated ability to manage operations, lead managers and convert strategy into measurable results. • Commercial awareness supported by experience in budgets, contracts, margins, changes or client account management. • Sound judgement, disciplined follow-through and experience working with executive management. Preferred: A relevant engineering or business qualification; experience as a deputy executive, operations director or senior project portfolio leader in the sector.
