Job description: Job Title: Quality Controller Company: SAS Toyota Dealer. Location: Erbil Overall Objective of the Job: The Quality Controller is responsible to maintain and enhance product and service quality within the automotive Toyota dealership by implementing and overseeing rigorous quality control measures, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring adherence to Toyota's standards and regulatory requirements. optimizes customer satisfaction, minimizes defects, and drives operational efficiency through continuous improvement initiatives. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet Toyota's quality standards and specifications •  Document and report any defects, damages, or imperfections found during inspections. • Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to address and rectify identified issues promptly. • Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on new vehicles to ensure they are ready for customer delivery. • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's vehicle inventory. • Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with Toyota's quality assurance guidelines. • Provide feedback and recommendations to management for process improvements to enhance overall quality control procedures. • Communicate effectively with sales, service, and administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on the latest technical information, recalls, and service bulletins issued by Toyota to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines. • Uphold Toyota's commitment to delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring that all vehicles leaving the dealership meet the highest quality standards. Job Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field • Toyota/Lexus technical certifications are preferred. Diagnostic Master Technician or Diagnostic technician background • 5+ years of automotive aftersales/service experience.
