Sales Specialist

Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and presenting DAMA Productions’ advertising and media services to meet customer needs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting sales meetings, preparing proposals and quotations, following up on leads, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with the production and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. The Sales Specialist also monitors market trends, maintains accurate sales records, and contributes to achieving revenue targets while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills. • Candidates should possess proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support team performance and knowledge sharing. • Relevant skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and basic business administration are beneficial. • Experience in advertising, media, or related industries is an advantage. • Ability to work on-site in Baghdad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or similar productivity software is preferred. • A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
