Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Energy

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Energy is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Energy Company, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, project delivery, financial performance, and long-term competitiveness within the energy sector. The CEO is accountable for developing and executing the company’s business strategy, overseeing energy projects and operations, managing key client and stakeholder relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective utilization of financial, technical, human, and operational resources. The role ensures that the company’s activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Group while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, technical performance, regulatory compliance, and commercial sustainability. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or MBA is preferred. • Professional certifications in project management, energy management, or business leadership are an advantage. Minimum Experience: • Experience: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the energy, power, utilities, EPC, or related industries. • Minimum 5–7 years in a senior executive or general management position, preferably as CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, or equivalent. • Proven experience managing large-scale energy projects, operations, or business portfolios. • Strong experience in power generation, electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, EPC, or O&M.
