Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Hours: 9 hours per day / 5 Days per week Department: Development Job Summary Design, develop, and maintain Odoo-based ERP modules and customizations that support DTC's enterprise and government client systems, ensuring reliable, well-tested, and maintainable implementations. Duties & responsibilities: • Develop and customize Odoo modules (Python, XML views, ORM) based on business and client requirements • Configure and extend existing Odoo apps (Finance, HR, Inventory, CRM, or similar) per project needs • Integrate Odoo with external systems and APIs • Write clean, tested, and documented code following DTC's engineering standards • Participate in code reviews and support QA during testing cycles • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Odoo deployments, including production support • Support data migration from legacy systems into Odoo • Collaborate with Product Owners/System Analysts to translate requirements into technical implementation • Odoo Development (Python, ORM, XML Views) • PostgreSQL / Database Design • Odoo Module Customization & API Integration • Python (General) • Git / Version Control • Linux Server Basics (Odoo Deployment) Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 3–6 years of experience in Odoo development • Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL • Experience with Odoo versions 14+ preferred; experience integrating Odoo with external systems is a plus • Good command of written and spoken English.
