This role involves designing and delivering AI-focused training programs, workshops, and consulting sessions for individuals and organizations. The AI Trainer/Consultant will assess client needs, develop tailored curricula, create training materials and digital content, and facilitate interactive learning experiences. Daily tasks include preparing and updating course content, demonstrating AI tools and platforms, providing hands-on guidance, and collecting feedback to improve programs. The role also includes collaborating with colleagues on research-informed best practices and supporting capacity-building projects that integrate AI into education, business, and institutional workflows. Qualifications • Strong foundation in AI concepts, machine learning basics, and practical use of AI tools and platforms. • Experience in training, teaching, or consulting, with skills in curriculum design, instructional design, and workshop facilitation. • Ability to translate technical topics into clear, accessible explanations for diverse audiences. • Proficiency with digital tools for content creation, learning management systems, and online collaboration platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage (Kurdish / Arabic) • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on applying AI solutions to real-world challenges. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Education, Business, or related discipline); advanced studies or certifications in AI are a plus. • Experience in capacity building, educational program development, or technology-driven social impact projects is beneficial. • Willingness to be present on-site in Erbil and to engage with local communities and institutions.
