Marketing Specialist

Role Description: The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the company's marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness, generate leads, promote products, and support sales growth. The role involves executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, creating marketing content, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities to strengthen the company's presence. Marketing Campaign Management • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. • Assist in developing annual marketing plans and promotional strategies. • Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, and special marketing activities. • Track campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. • Manage the planning, execution, and coordination of the Group's marketing and promotional activities. Digital Marketing • Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms). • Create and schedule engaging content to increase audience engagement and brand visibility. • Support website updates and content management. • Execute email marketing campaigns and customer communication initiatives. • Monitor digital advertising campaigns and optimize performance. • Track website traffic, lead generation, and social media analytics. Content Creation & Branding • Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, presentations, catalogs, and promotional content. • Create written content for social media, website, newsletters, and advertisements. • Ensure all marketing materials align with company branding guidelines. • Coordinate with graphic designers, printers, and external agencies when required. Market Research & Analysis • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. • Analyze customer feedback and market data to support marketing decisions. • Monitor industry developments and provide insights to management. • Identify opportunities for new products, markets, and promotional activities. Lead Generation & Sales Support • Support lead generation activities through digital and offline marketing initiatives. • Coordinate with the sales team to develop customer-focused campaigns. • Assist in preparing sales presentations and marketing proposals. • Maintain marketing databases and customer records. Events & Exhibitions • Organize and coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events. • Manage event logistics, promotional materials, and post-event reporting. • Support customer engagement and brand promotion activities. Vendor & Agency Coordination • Liaise with advertising agencies, media suppliers, printing vendors, and digital marketing partners. • Obtain quotations and monitor marketing budgets. • Ensure timely delivery of marketing projects and campaigns. Skills & Qualificiation: • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field. • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or brand management. • Experience in a trading, distribution, retail, wholesale, or B2B environment is preferred. • UAE market experience is an advantage. • Knowledgeable in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, Content Creation & Copywriting. • Marketing Campaign Management, SEO & Website Content Management, Graphic Design Coordination
