Senior WI Specialist

Job Description: • Conduct regional analysis and water injection strategy adjustment • Integrate geological achievements including inter-well connectivity and thief zone distribution to guide water injection optimization • Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to resolve major injection-production contradictions • Provide top-level technical guidance for well pattern and profile optimization works • Review and approve key technical proposals for well completion, recompletion, profile control and water shut-off • Participate in reservoir and water injection research • Provide cross-disciplinary on-site technical support Requirements: • More than three (3) years of proven international experience in on-site water injection management service • Experience in O&G: 10–15 years
