Job description: Job Title: Internal Audit – Junior Specialist Sales & After Sales Company: ASG Location: Baghdad About the Job We are looking for an Internal Audit – Junior Specialist, Sales & After Sales to monitor and evaluate the operational, sales, and after-sales activities in the branch, ensuring compliance with Sardar Group policies, maintaining corporate image, optimizing processes, detecting discrepancies, and recommending improvements that enhance efficiency, customer service, and profitability. Key Responsibilities • Ensure Branch Manager, Sales/After-Sales Managers, and staff perform tasks effectively, maintain professionalism, and uphold Sardar Group’s image. • Verify that customer interactions (sales, service, or parts) are handled with professionalism, accurate information, and adherence to company procedures. • Check that staff maintain updated knowledge of vehicles, spare parts, services, prices, promotions, financing, and related processes. • Ensure sales deals, after-sales transactions, and test drives follow company policies, with proper documentation and approvals. • Review after-sales operations: parts ordering, stocking, distribution, and workshop activities for compliance and efficiency. • Monitor Service Advisors to ensure accurate cost estimates, timely communication with customers, and proper documentation on job cards. • Oversee Parts Advisors to ensure correct part identification, pricing, stock verification, order preparation, billing, and delivery follow-up. • Check workshop cleanliness, staff coverage, and compliance with Health & Safety requirements. • Analyze discrepancies, operational problems, and areas for process improvement. • Examine records, receipts, job cards, and accounting entries for accuracy. • Suggest updates to policies and procedures to improve internal controls and align with regulations. • Compile findings and recommendations for Audit Management, presenting them in both verbal and written reports. • Follow the approved “Audit Program” and “Working Papers” in all assignments. Job Requirements • Educational Level/ Required Certificates: • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. • Experience: • Minimum 2 years in a relevant auditing, sales, or after-sales field. • Knowledge of vehicle sales, spare parts operations, and after-sales service processes.
