Marketing Coordinator

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Company: Al-Safi Group Location: Al Safi Group HQ – Baghdad, Al -Maamoun near the Green Apple We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department and support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities. Key Responsibilities : • Coordinate daily marketing activities and follow up on the marketing plan. • Support the execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities. • Coordinate social media content, publishing schedules, and digital marketing activities. • Coordinate the preparation of brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and other marketing materials. • Follow up with designers, printing companies, agencies, and marketing suppliers. • Support the organization of exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional activities. • Assist with market research and competitor monitoring, including products, prices, offers, and market activities. • Coordinate with Sales, Tele Sales, Geo Marketing, and other departments to support their marketing requirements. • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing activity reports. • Maintain content calendars, campaign trackers, marketing files, and supplier records. • Ensure marketing materials are aligned with the company’s brand identity. • Support the Marketing Manager with presentations, reports, and other marketing projects. Requirements : • Bachelor’s degree is a must. • 3+ years of experience in marketing or a similar position. • Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. • Good content creation skills and familiarity with AI tools. • Strong organizational and coordination skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented. • Experience in Lighting, Electrical, Solar, Construction, or related industries is an advantage.
