Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Hospitality, Facility Management, Cleaning & Maintenance

ROLE OVERVIEW: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for the overall strategic, commercial, financial, and operational leadership of the integrated businesses which provide restaurant management, hospitality, facility management, cleaning, maintenance, and related support services across multiple operating locations. The CEO is accountable for the overall performance, profitability, growth, operational excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term sustainability of the businesses. The CEO will lead the integration and development of both companies, establish a unified and scalable operating model, strengthen the companies’ market position, and drive expansion into new locations and service areas. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field. • MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred. • Professional qualifications in Hospitality, Facility Management, Business Management, or Operations are an advantage. Minimum Experience: • Minimum 15 years of progressive professional experience. Minimum 7 years in senior executive leadership, preferably as CEO, Managing Director, Executive Director, or equivalent. • Proven experience managing multi-site and multi-service businesses. • Experience in hospitality, restaurant management, facility management, catering, cleaning, maintenance, or integrated support services.
