Job description: Job Title: Service Advisor. Company: SAS- Lexus Dealer. Location: Erbil Overall Objective of the Job: The Service Advisor's role is to ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations within our service department. is responsible for advising customers on service options, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and advising them on appropriate service options for their vehicles. • Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service department to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance. • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, providing updates on the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or maintenance needed. • Generate service estimates and communicate pricing and service recommendations to customers clearly and understandably. • Assist customers with warranty claims and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately. • Address customer concerns and resolve any issues or complaints regarding service experiences. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service transactions, and vehicle service history. • Assist in training and mentoring junior service advisors, providing guidance and support as needed. • Collaborate with the service department to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience. • Stay updated on product knowledge, service procedures, and industry trends to effectively advise customers and answer any questions they may have. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration/ Auto Engineering or a related major. • Minimum 1 years of experience as Automotive Service Advisor • Languages: Kurdish and Arabic required; proficiency in English is preferred
