Job description: Job Title: Technician - SAS Authorized Toyota DealerLocation: Sulaymaniyah, Iraq Overall Objective of the Job:The Technician is responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, diagnosis, and repair activities to ensure vehicles operate safely and efficiently. The role ensures that all technical work is completed accurately, on time, and in accordance with manufacturer standards, company procedures, and health and safety requirements. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Execute vehicle maintenance and repair tasks accurately and within the specified timeframes. • Follow manufacturer repair manuals, checklists, technical instructions, and standard operating procedures. • Inform the Direct Supervisor immediately when a repair may exceed the allocated repair time. • Diagnose vehicle faults manually and by using computerized diagnostic equipment. • Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately identify maintenance and repair requirements. • Complete all assigned Job Cards and follow the required clocking procedures. • Complete service reports, repair records, and other required technical documentation accurately. • Communicate identified technical faults and required repairs clearly to the Direct Supervisor. • Support technical discussions with customers when required. • Comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental requirements. • Immediately report any unsafe condition, incident, or potential hazard to the Direct Supervisor. • Maintain workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and other equipment in proper working condition. • Return all tools and equipment to their designated locations after use. • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the assigned workshop area. • Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and delivered to customers in a clean and satisfactory condition. • Cooperate effectively with other Service Department team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned jobs. • Perform any other related duties assigned by the Direct Supervisor or Management. Job Requirements: • BSc. or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive repairs. • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required. • Accuracy and Attention to Details.
