IT for SAP

Responsibilities About the job : • Manage SAP user administration, including role assignments, authorization management, and access control • Coordinate with the SAP partner on ongoing development, testing. • Support and monitor SAP module operations including MM (Materials Management), FI (Finance), CO (Controlling), PP (Production Planning), and SD (Sales & Distribution) • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues reported by end users in a timely manner, attempting first-level resolution before opening a support ticket where possible Daily Tasks • Monitor open SAP support tickets and coordinate resolution with the support partner team • Handle authorization requests and user access provisioning • Follow up on pending tasks and tickets through to resolution. Required Technical Skills • Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, PP, SD) • Knowledge of SAP authorization and role management (SU01, PFCG) • Familiarity with SAP Basis fundamentals and transport management • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SAP support or implementation • SAP certification is a plus • Strong communication skills in English with [IT for SAP]in title.
