Account Manager

[Responsibilities] 1) Customer insight and analysis: Gain insight into customers, understand their strategies and businesses, explore customer needs, and expand the market space. 2) Achievement of business results: Fulfill the business objectives of the customers and be responsible for the business results. 3) Customer relationship development: Understand the customer's organizational structure and operation mechanism, and establish relationships with key customers, general customers, and organization customers. 4) Customer satisfaction management: As the customer-facing owner, integrate internal resources, resolve customer issues, meet customer needs, help customers achieve business success, and improve customer satisfaction. 5) Project operation: As the PD or core member of the project team, achieve efficient collaboration and project objectives through project operation. 6) Partner collaboration: Master and comply with partner policies and mechanisms, collaborate with partners in compliance with regulations, create value for customers, and achieve win-win results for customers, partners, and Huawei. [Qualification Requirements] 1. Have experience in enterprise business development, and be able to develop customers and maintain customer relationships. 2. Have a basic understanding of mainstream products such as computing and network products, and be able to communicate with customers about these products. • 3.
