Job description: Job Title: Parts Picker. Company: SAS- Toyota Dealer Location: Baghdad Overall Objective of the Job: The parts picker receives spare parts and checks the quantity and safety of the supplied materials. ensures the spare parts are allocated to the right place in addition to carrying out all handling operations. Carrying out periodic and continuous inventory for all warehouse assets and ensuring its compatibility with the system content, as well as ensuring that all input & exchange activities are made in accordance with the policies and procedures adopted in SAS. Tasks and Responsibilities: • Order Picking: Retrieve parts from designated locations within the warehouse or storeroom based on order specifications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of each order. • Packaging: Package parts orders securely and appropriately for delivery or pickup, following established packaging guidelines and procedures to prevent damage during transit. • Labeling: Label packages with accurate information, including customer names, order numbers, and destination details, to ensure proper identification and tracking throughout the distribution process. • Quality Control: Inspect parts for damage, defects, or discrepancies during the picking process, promptly reporting any issues to management to prevent errors or delays in fulfillment. • Inventory Management: Assist with maintaining accurate inventory records, including updating inventory levels, reconciling discrepancies, and conducting regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy. • Distribution: Coordinate with shipping and receiving personnel to facilitate the timely distribution of parts orders to customers, technicians, and other departments as needed. • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing duties, including proper handling of parts, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and compliance with safety procedures to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries. • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the picking area, storage racks, and packing stations, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment
