Role DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad. The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing and animating motion graphics for marketing campaigns, social media content, advertisements, brand videos, and promotional materials. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements, develop visual concepts, and produce high-quality motion and video content. Key responsibilities include: • Creating motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns and social media. • Developing storyboards and visual concepts based on creative briefs. • Designing graphic assets for animation and video content. • Editing video and integrating motion graphics, sound, transitions, and visual effects. • Producing promotional videos, advertisements, and branded content. • Ensuring all creative work follows client and brand guidelines. • Refining designs and animations based on internal and client feedback. • Managing multiple projects while meeting production deadlines. • Collaborating with designers, marketers, videographers, and other members of the creative team. • Staying updated with current trends in motion design, animation, social media, and digital marketing. Qualifications• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, or a related creative role. • Strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for marketing and brand communication. • Experience in video production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration. • Strong graphic design skills and the ability to create visual assets for digital content. • Proficiency in industry-standard creative software, particularly: • Adobe After Effects • Adobe Premiere Pro • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, typography, composition, and color theory. • Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts. • Ability to execute projects independently while also working effectively within a creative team. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. • Good time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. • Relevant education in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered. • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous motion graphics and video work is required. Working Hours & Days• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM • Working Days: Five (5) days per week • Weekly Days Off: Two (2) days per week according to the company work schedule. • Official public holidays and leave entitlements are provided in accordance with applicable Iraqi Labour Law. • Annual paid leave is provided in accordance with Iraqi Labour Law, including the statutory entitlement applicable after completion of the required service period.
