Lead FM Engineer

Lead Facilities Management Engineer 📍 Location: Karbala, Iraq We are seeking an experienced Lead Facilities Management Engineer to oversee and manage both Hard Services and Soft Services operations across facilities. Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise FM engineers, supervisors, technicians, and service providers. • Manage Hard FM Services including Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, HVAC, Civil, and Building Systems maintenance. • Oversee Soft FM Services including Housekeeping, Cleaning, Waste Management, Landscaping, and Pest Control. • Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs. • Coordinate repairs, maintenance activities, and facility improvement projects. • Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Maintain maintenance records, reports, KPIs, and asset management documentation. • Ensure efficient day-to-day facility operations with minimal downtime. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related field. • 5-8 years of Facilities Management experience. • Proven experience managing both Hard FM and Soft FM Services. • Strong knowledge of building maintenance, MEP systems, HVAC, and facility operations. • Experience supervising maintenance teams and contractors. • Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
