#VACANCY: #Genral_Manager – FIVE-STAR HOTEL 📍 Location: Baghdad, Iraq. 💰 Salary: USD 3,500/month 💼 Contract: Fixed-Term | One Year Nationality: Iraqi National A leading five-star hotel in Baghdad, with 300+ guest rooms and multiple restaurants, is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead overall hotel operations and maintain exceptional five-star hospitality standards. #Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring five-star service standards. - Manage 300+ guest rooms and multiple F&B outlets. - Supervise department heads and ensure effective cross-department coordination. - Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational efficiency. - Oversee restaurant operations, service delivery, and performance. - Manage hotel P&L, budgets, costs, and financial performance. - Monitor occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue, and profitability. - Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel management team and staff. - Identify operational challenges and implement effective improvements. - Prepare regular management reports and provide updates on hotel performance. - Ensure compliance with hotel policies, quality standards, and operational procedures. #Requirements: - Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior hotel management professional. - Strong experience in five-star hotel operations. - Experience managing 300+ rooms and multiple F&B outlets is highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of hotel operations, P&L, budgeting, and revenue management. - Proven leadership and team-management skills. - Strong understanding of guest experience and luxury hospitality standards. - Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple departments in a large-scale hotel environment.
