We're hiring an IT Specialist (Junior) in Baghdad 🚀 At RA8M, we're building Iraq's all-in-one POS and ecommerce platform: one system that connects a shop's cashier to its online store, with shared inventory, accounting and reports. Our promise to every customer is "setup is on us", and we're looking for the person who makes that happen. What you'll do: → Install and set up RA8M at shops, restaurants and cafes across Baghdad → Configure POS hardware: printers, barcode scanners, cash drawers, scales → Support customers on WhatsApp, by phone and on-site → Keep our internal IT running smoothly Who you are: → 0–2 years in IT support, helpdesk or hardware installation → Solid basics in Windows, Android, networking and peripherals → Fluent Arabic and patient with non-technical people → Happy to be out in the field (a driving licence is a plus; no car needed) 📍 Baghdad · Full-time · Know someone who'd be great for this?
