Role Description The Graphic Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Baghdad Governorate, Iraq. The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts and designs for marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, and company documentation that align with Blue Flag’s brand and technical services. Daily tasks include developing graphics and layouts, designing logos and visual identities, preparing materials for print and digital channels, and adapting designs for multilingual use when needed. The role involves collaborating with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer will also maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and support updates to existing designs as services and projects evolve. Qualifications • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, professional visuals for technical and commercial content. • Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive visual identity systems. • Proficiency in Typography and layout, ensuring readability and visual hierarchy across print and digital materials. • Hands-on experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools). • Ability to work on-site in Baghdad Governorate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously. • Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred. • Familiarity with energy, engineering, or industrial sectors, and ability to present technical content visually, is an advantage.
