Role Description The Founder will provide strategic direction, define the vision, and oversee the development of new initiatives and partnerships for VINO GROUP. This part-time hybrid role is based in Sulaymaniyah, with a mix of on-site collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining the business model, setting short- and long-term goals, managing key relationships, and making decisions on investments and resource allocation. The Founder will also lead branding and positioning efforts, guide marketing and communication strategies, and ensure that projects align with the core mission of turning client and partner dreams into reality. Additional tasks may involve assembling and mentoring a small team, monitoring performance, and adjusting plans based on market feedback. Qualifications • Strategic leadership and business planning skills, including the ability to define a clear vision and roadmap for growth. • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in launching, managing, or scaling ventures or initiatives. • Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders. • Basic financial literacy and decision-making skills related to budgeting, investments, and resource allocation. • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing on-site collaboration in Sulaymaniyah with remote work. • Demonstrated creativity, problem-solving ability, and openness to feedback and new ideas. • Previous leadership or management experience is highly beneficial. • Relevant academic background in business, management, or a related field is a plus but not required if experience is strong.
