Account Director

Brand Aid, a leading multi-country marketing, advertising, and production agency operating across 9 countries (Iraq, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Lebanon, Qatar, Jordan, Kuwait, and Syria), is looking for a driven and experienced Account Director to lead our Iraq operations. This is a senior leadership role for someone who can own the full commercial engine of the business — from client relationships, to team performance, to bottom-line results. What You'll Own • Full commercial leadership across POSM, Events & Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and Retail business units • Direct management of the Account Management team, ensuring outstanding client servicing across all accounts • Business Development — identifying new opportunities and expanding Brand Aid's presence in the Iraq market • Setting and executing the annual commercial strategy and sales plans • Full accountability for sales targets, revenue growth, and business results • Monitoring and following up on cash flow • Leading, coaching, and developing cross-functional teams to hit performance goals • Regular reporting and commercial insights to senior/group management • Building and maintaining senior-level client relationships and representing Brand Aid in the market What We're Looking For • 8–10+ years of progressive commercial/sales leadership experience in advertising, marketing, events, or related industries • Proven track record leading multi-disciplinary teams and exceeding sales targets • Strong knowledge of POSM, Events, Activations, Exhibitions, Luxury, Fit-Out, and/or Retail • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen • Fluent in Arabic and English • Based in Erbil or willing to relocate Why Brand Aid • Join a regional leader with a footprint across 9 countries, real ownership over your market, and a direct seat at the table with senior leadership.
