Territory Account Manager

Job Summary The Account Manager will be responsible for managing assigned agents within the designated territory, maintaining strong relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring consistent market coverage. The role requires frequent field visits, performance monitoring, and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Prime Job Responsibilitie (A description of the major Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities) • Manage a defined geographical area and be fully responsible for agent performance within the territo r . • Conduct 5–15 structured field visits daily covering both existing and potential agens. • Achieve a daily target of onboarding new agents and expanding market coverage according to the company target every moth. • Identify and target underserved areas using mapping and field ata. • Drive agent activity by increasing transactions, top-ups, and ser v ice sage. • Ensure agents comply with company branding, policies, and operat ional stadards. • Maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure retent i on andgrowth. • Submit daily activity reports including visits, onboarding, and p erformance racking. • Collect and report market insights, competitor activities, and customerfeedback. • Support marketing campaigns and field ac tivations whe required. • Requires travel within assigned territory to support a l l company epartments. Education • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, telecommunication Engineering, or any other rlated field.
