Human Resources Supervisor

Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in handling core HR functions. • Candidates should possess solid Employee Relations skills, including conflict resolution, counseling, and employee engagement. • Candidates should possess Performance Management skills, such as setting objectives, conducting evaluations, and supporting development plans. • Candidates should possess a clear understanding of HR Policies, as well as compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred. • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Experience in a marketing, media, or events-focused environment is an advantage. • Proficiency in HR information systems and standard office software; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
