📢 Job Vacancy – IT Officer Almutahida Packaging Materials Industries Co. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and skilled IT Officer to join our team. 📍 Location: Al-Hilla – Al-Mahaweel, Babylon, Iraq 🔹 Key Responsibilities: 💻 Desktop & Hardware Setup • Install and configure Windows OS on new PCs and laptops. • Set up and configure printers, scanners, monitors, and other peripherals. • Perform hardware troubleshooting and repairs. • Maintain PC naming conventions and asset tagging. 🖥️ System & Application Setup • Install, configure, and update software applications. • Apply Windows updates and security patches. • Configure user profiles, permissions, and Group Policies. • Manage OS and software licenses. 📦 Inventory Management • Maintain IT asset inventory, including hardware, software, and licenses. • Track equipment allocation to employees and departments. • Conduct periodic physical audits of IT assets. • Manage stock of spare parts, cables, and IT consumables. 📋 Documentation • Maintain SOPs for IT processes. • Document network diagrams and system configurations. • Maintain records of IT tickets, incidents, and resolutions. • Update user manuals and onboarding guides. 🖥️ Windows Server Management • Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments. • Manage server roles including File Server, Print Server, DHCP, and DNS. • Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery planning. • Monitor server performance and health. 🔐 Domain Controller Administration • Manage Active Directory users, groups, and Organizational Units (OUs). • Implement and enforce Group Policy Objects (GPOs). • Manage user authentication and access control. • Manage password policies and account lockouts. 📹 CCTV Management • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems. • Monitor camera functionality and storage capacity. • Manage footage backup and retention policies. • Troubleshoot CCTV connectivity and recording issues. 🌐 Network Administration • Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls. • Monitor network performance and bandwidth usage. • Set up and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi connectivity. • Implement network security measures including VPN and VLAN. 🛠️ Operational Duties • Provide first and second-level IT support to employees. • Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets and technical issues. • Ensure data backup and business continuity. • Coordinate with vendors for IT repairs and procurement. • Enforce IT policies and cybersecurity best practices. • Prepare IT status and incident reports for management. 🔹 Requirements: • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT / Technical Support. • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Hardware, Software, and IT troubleshooting. • Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory. • Good knowledge of Networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, and VLAN. • Experience with CCTV systems. • Experience in IT asset management and documentation. • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is preferred. 🏠 Residence: Candidates from Baghdad or Al-Hilla are welcome to apply. 💰 Salary: Starting from $1,000, depending on experience and qualifications. 🕐 Working Schedule: 📅 Saturday – Thursday ⏰ 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM ☕ 1-hour break 🍽️ Lunch meal provided 🚌 Company transportation provided at the company’s expense 📩 To Apply: Please send your CV to: 📱 07890966177
