We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will focus on server-side logic, database management, background task processing, logging, and unit testing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability. Proficiency in relevant technologies and frameworks is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: • Backend Development: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using .NET 8+ and C#, ensuring scalability, reliability, and optimal performance.​ • Database Management: Implement and manage database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring data integrity and high performance.​ • Data Access: Utilize Entity Framework Core for efficient ORM-based data access and management. • Caching Strategies: Integrate caching mechanisms using Redis to enhance application performance.​ • Background Services: Develop and manage background tasks and scheduled services using frameworks like Hangfire or Quartz.NET.​ • Architectural Design: Apply architectural patterns such as CQRS to ensure clear separation of concerns and maintainable codebases.​ • Logging and Monitoring: Implement structured logging using modern frameworks to monitor system health and diagnose issues effectively.​ • Unit Testing: Develop and maintain unit tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, or MSTest to ensure code quality and reliability.​ • Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.​ • Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.​ • System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.​ • Security Compliance: Ensure applications adhere to security best practices, safeguarding data and maintaining confidentiality.​ • Code Quality: Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards to maintain high-quality codebases.​ • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices and innovative solutions.​ Requirements and Skills: • Experience: Senior .NET Developer with more than 5 years of professional experience in backend development and system architecture.​ • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of backend development frameworks, including .NET 8+, C#, and Entity Framework Core.​ • Database Expertise: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, optimization, and query performance tuning.​ • Caching and Performance: Hands-on experience with Redis for implementing caching strategies and optimizing system performance.​ • Background Services: Experience in developing background services using Hangfire or Quartz.NET.​ • Architectural Understanding: Familiarity with MediatR for implementing CQRS and promoting clean architecture.​ • Programming Skills: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.​ • Logging and Monitoring: Strong understanding of logging strategies and tools for monitoring and diagnosing production systems.​ • Version Control: Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.​ • Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.​ • Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.​ • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.​ Preferred Qualifications: • Additional Skills: Experience with additional caching strategies and distributed systems.​ • Containerization: Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker.​ • CI/CD Knowledge: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.​ • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
