Document and escalate accurately log call details and customer information, escalating unresolved issues to the relevant department when needed. 3. Meet performance standards achieve daily/monthly targets for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction while following company scripts and policies. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates strongly encouraged to apply, no prior experience required). 2. Strong verbal communication in Arabic, with good listening and problem-solving abilities. 3.
