Raban Al Safina Group Group Companies Facilities & Maintenance Managers Engineering, Maintenance & Administration Number of vacancies: 5 Raban Al Safina Group is seeking five Facilities & Maintenance Managers with substantial practical experience leading integrated building services, engineering maintenance and administrative support. Key Responsibilities • Manage facility operations, asset condition and the reliability of critical building systems. • Plan preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance and supervise emergency response and fault resolution. • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire and life safety, building fabric and other specialist maintenance teams. • Control maintenance budgets, service contracts, spare parts, work orders and contractor performance. • Oversee relevant administrative services, workplace support, space coordination and service delivery. • Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, performance reports and safe working arrangements. Requirements • Extensive hands-on experience managing facilities and maintenance, supported by actual site responsibility. • Broad working knowledge across engineering disciplines, with the ability to diagnose issues and coordinate qualified specialists. • Demonstrated leadership of technicians, engineers, service contractors and administrative support teams. • Practical experience with planned maintenance, breakdown management, work-order systems and root-cause analysis. • Strong budgeting, service coordination, record keeping and operational problem-solving capability. • Evidence of improving equipment availability, service quality or maintenance performance. Preferred: A relevant engineering or facilities qualification; experience with CMMS, building management systems and large or multi-building facilities.
