Salesperson

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Baghdad. The Salesperson will identify and qualify potential clients, present DAMA’s advertising and media production services, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing. Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach via calls, meetings, and presentations, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities in a CRM system, and preparing proposals in collaboration with the production and creative teams. The role involves building strong relationships with new and existing clients, gathering their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure services are delivered as promised. The Salesperson will also track performance against sales targets, provide regular reports to management, and represent DAMA at industry events and client meetings. Qualifications • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing a complete sales cycle in advertising, media, or related industries. • Client relationship management abilities, including prospecting, networking, and maintaining long-term partnerships. • Solid communication and presentation skills in both written and spoken form, with the ability to explain technical and creative services clearly. • Basic understanding of advertising and media production processes and the ability to translate client needs into service offerings. • • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads, follow-ups, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Comfort working on-site in Baghdad and collaborating closely with production, creative, and management teams. • Previous experience in sales or account management; experience in advertising or media production is an advantage. • Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
