Career Opportunity | CCM Manager Furat Al-Khair Iron & Steel Company (FKH) is seeking an experienced and qualified Continuous Casting Machine (CCM) Manager to lead continuous casting operations, ensure production efficiency, and maintain high standards of billet quality and operational safety. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee all continuous casting operations and achieve production targets. • Monitor casting parameters, molten steel temperature, casting speed, and cooling systems. • Ensure billet quality and minimize casting defects and production losses. • Lead and supervise the CCM operating team and coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and production departments. • Coordinate preventive maintenance activities and support troubleshooting of operational issues. • Implement occupational health and safety standards and drive continuous operational improvement. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Proven hands-on experience in continuous casting operations within the steel industry. • Strong technical knowledge of CCM equipment, billet production processes, and quality control. • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to manage operational teams and maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
