We're hiring a Software Implementation Specialist – Hospital Information Systems (HIS) 📍 Baghdad  -Resafa Key Responsibilities - Participate in software implementation and deployment activities across healthcare facilities. - Understand and analyze customer business and clinical workflows and translate them into clear system requirements. - Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document business and functional requirements. - Support system configuration and implementation according to approved requirements and workflows. - Perform functional testing and system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with customers. - Prepare test scenarios, document defects, follow up with development teams, and verify delivered fixes. - Communicate directly with customers and end users regarding requirements, issues, system behavior, and implementation activities. - Analyze reported issues and distinguish between defects, configuration issues, user-related issues, and change requests. - Coordinate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and other technical teams during system deployment and release activities. - Support the Project Manager by providing implementation progress, technical/functional updates, risks, dependencies, and customer feedback. - Prepare workflows, requirement documents, test cases, user guides, UAT documentation, and other implementation-related documentation. - Support customer training, go-live, and post-go-live activities. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - Approximately 2+ years of experience in software implementation, business analysis, software testing, application support, or solution delivery. - Strong business analysis and requirement-gathering skills. - Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect management, and software releases. - Strong customer communication and presentation skills. - Ability to communicate business requirements clearly to technical teams. - Basic technical understanding of web applications, databases, APIs, and software integrations. - Basic development or programming knowledge is an advantage but is not a core requirement. - Ability to work closely with Project Managers while independently managing assigned implementation activities. - Preferred Qualifications - Previous experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS), healthcare applications, EMR/EHR, or other healthcare technology solutions. - Experience implementing enterprise software at customer sites. - Understanding of hospital workflows such as patient registration, appointments, OPD/IPD, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing, and clinical workflows. - Experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams and requirement-management tools. 📩 Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to recrutement@ttech.iq
