🚨 WE ARE HIRING | SECURITY OPERATIONS & CONTROL ROOM Assistant. 📍 Location: Erbil, Iraq 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Nationality;Iraqi 🔐 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Monitor the vehicle tracking and GPS monitoring system in real time to maintain visibility of all company and operational vehicles. 2- Track vehicle locations, movements, routes, and status through the approved tracking platform. 3- Identify and promptly report unusual, unauthorized, or potentially unsafe vehicle movements and escalate them in accordance with established procedures. 4- Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements and tracking-related incidents as required. 5- Monitor CCTV cameras across all company hubs, offices, and operational locations to maintain continuous situational awareness. 6- Identify and promptly report security incidents, suspicious activities, unauthorized access, alarms, or other unusual events observed through CCTV systems. 7- Maintain and regularly update critical communication lists, emergency contact lists, and communication trees. 8- Receive, transmit, and relay security and safety information on behalf of the Designated Official / Chief Security Adviser through approved communication channels. 9- Provide personnel with appropriate emergency contact information and direct them to the nearest available emergency or support service during security or safety incidents. 10- Maintain accurate records and logs of security incidents, emergency communications, actions taken, and relevant information. 11- Prepare and submit security and incident reports as required by the Security Manager / Security Operations Manager. 12- Maintain and regularly update security-related databases, registers, contact lists, and operational records. 13- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security monitoring and activity reports as required. 14- Maintain proper filing and archiving of security reports, incident records, communication logs, CCTV records, vehicle-tracking records, and supporting documentation. 15- Assist with the preparation and distribution of security notices, alerts, briefings, and internal communications. 16- Identify and report technical or operational issues affecting CCTV, GPS tracking, communication, and other security monitoring systems. 17- Support the preparation of documentation required for audits, inspections, client requirements, and internal compliance reviews. 🎯 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Security Studies, Information Security, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
