Senior B2B Sales Specialist Darjah Recruitment Services Location: Baghdad – Al-Mansour Working Days: Sunday – Thursday Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: 1,500,000 – 2,000,000 IQD + 15% Sales Commission Experience: 5–7 years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Darjah Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Senior B2B Sales Specialist to drive new business and acquire corporate clients for our recruitment and HR services. Key Responsibilities * Identify and approach potential corporate clients. * Generate and manage B2B sales leads and opportunities. * Build relationships with business owners, HR managers, and decision-makers. * Present Darjah’s recruitment and HR services. * Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations. * Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing. * Build and maintain strong client relationships. * Maintain accurate sales and client records. * Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand and deliver client requirements. Requirements * 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition. * Proven experience in selling services to corporate clients. * Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. * Strong client relationship and follow-up skills. * Experience in recruitment, HR, or professional services is preferred. * Good command of English is preferred. * Knowledge of the Baghdad business market is an advantage.
