Water Injection Team Leader

Job Description: • Manage and optimize overall water injection workflows • Coordinate daily team work allocation • Conduct full review of all technical deliverables • Lead top-level water injection strategy optimization based on FDP requirements and actual reservoir performance • Approve annual/quarterly/monthly water injection targets, work programs and key technical proposals • Lead the reservoir and water injection research • Lead cross-disciplinary coordination and ensure full HSE compliance of all team water injection activities Requirements: • More than fifteen (15) years of proven experience in Oilfield Development Plan (FDP) and project management • At least ten (10) years of proven experience in integrated water-flooding reservoir management • Overall experience range: 15–20 years
