Job Title: Operations Manager Reporting to: CEO For: Miniso - Iraq Location: Sulaymaniyah, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (with regular visits to Baghdad and other southern cities) Work Type: Office-based, Full Time. Job Summary The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations between the warehouse and multiple retail stores, ensuring each location meets company standards for performance, customer service, and efficiency. This role acts as a bridge between the executive leadership, warehouse and store teams, translating corporate strategy into actionable plans. Key Responsibilities; 1.    Managing daily warehouse and store operations in an organized and systematic procedure. 2.    Coordinate between the warehouse and the stores. 3.    Supervise and follow up the warehouse manager, store supervisors and their staff’s KPIs and performance evaluation. 4.    Ability to improving operational processes and ensuring smooth movement of goods between the warehouse and stores, including resolving delays and discrepancies. 5.    Ability to independently resolve day-to-day operational issues with minimal escalation to senior management. 6.    Serve as the primary point of contact for internal team escalations, mediating interpersonal conflicts calmly and professionally. 7.    Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), deliver regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback and management reports. Qualifications needed: -    3 years of experience in retail operations, order management, warehouse and operations coordination, or a similar role. -    Skilled in Retail Management Software (POS systems), ERPs, Odoo, MS Office (especially Excel). -    Skilled in providing regular reports related to monitoring performance and operational problems identification. -    Arabic Language proficiency is a must and knowledge of any additional languages will be considered an advantage. -    Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills. -     Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. -     Ability to work effectively with management, warehouse, logistics, vendors, and store teams. -     Flexibility to work occasional weekends or holidays during peak retail seasons. - Interested candidate may send their CVs to: hr@miniso-iraq.com WhatsApp: 07722638105 Subject line: Operations Manager - Deadline for receiving CVs is Oct. 8th. 2026
