Key Responsibilities• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies. • Source and engage top talent using online platforms, job fairs, referrals, and internal databases. • Drive employer branding efforts to position Tire Mall as an employer of choice in Iraq. • Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for key roles. • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at every stage. • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring performance. • Support onboarding initiatives to ensure successful new hire integration. Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices. • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. • Familiarity with Iraqi labor laws and talent market trends. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms or ATS tools. • Ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining quality and speed.
