Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Baghdad. The specialist will manage and grow Rose vase’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and publishing engaging content aligned with the brand voice. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing social media calendars, producing posts and stories, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with internal teams to support campaigns and promotions. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, optimizing content and posting strategies, and assisting with broader digital marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement on-site and online. Qualifications • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns. • Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Communication to design engaging content and interact with audiences. • Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing to support online promotions, paid campaigns, and brand visibility. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in relevant languages for the Baghdad market. • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. • Experience with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and basic design tools is preferred. • Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
