Job Title: Sales Associate — ZEBA Diamond Company Description ZEBA Diamond is a jewelry brand based in Erbil. We aim to give every customer a welcoming, professional experience and help them choose jewelry with confidence. Role Description We are looking for a female Sales Associate to join our team full-time at our Erbil shop. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, explain our jewelry, and help them make a purchase. You will also work with the team to keep the showroom presentable and create photos, videos, and stories for ZEBA Diamond’s social media accounts. Qualifications * Experience in retail sales and speaking with customers to sell products. * Fluent Kurdish, with intermediate Arabic and English. * Friendly, professional communication and strong customer service skills. * Ability to work well as part of a team. * Ability to take clear product photos and videos and post engaging social media stories. * Jewelry sales experience is an advantage.
