Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Oil & Gas

ROLE OVERVIEW: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Oil & Gas is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the Oil & Gas Company, ensuring sustainable business growth, operational excellence, project delivery, financial performance, and long-term competitiveness within the oil and gas sector. The CEO is accountable for developing and executing the company’s business strategy, overseeing oil and gas projects and operations, managing key client and stakeholder relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring effective utilization of financial, technical, human, and operational resources. The role ensures that all business activities are aligned with the strategic objectives of the Group while maintaining the highest standards of HSE, quality, technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and commercial performance. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Educational Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Engineering, Oil & Gas Management, Business Administration, or MBA is preferred. • Professional certifications in project management, business management, or Oil & Gas are an advantage. Minimum Experience: • Minimum 15–20 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas industry. • Minimum 7 years in a senior management or executive leadership position, preferably as CEO, General Manager, Managing Director, Country Manager, or equivalent. • Proven experience managing major Oil & Gas projects, operations, or business portfolios. • Strong experience in EPC, Oilfield Services, O&M, upstream, midstream, downstream, or related Oil & Gas activities.
