Job Description: Materials and Logistics Team Lead About Us: HKN Hamrin Ltd. is a privately held, independent oil and gas company operating in the Republic of Iraq (Hamrin Block).  Position Summary: Oversees material management and logistics operations, establishing effective supply chain and inventory management processes to support HKN's Hamrin operations safely and efficiently.  Main Duties & Responsibilities: Lead the Materials and Logistics ("M&L") department and ensure safe, compliant warehouse operations.  Manage local and international shipments (import/export), selecting optimal methods considering delivery times and costs.  Review and approve requisitions, orders, contracts, vendor invoices, and manage the team budget.  Maintain balanced inventory levels, manage cycle counts, and minimize excess, obsolete, or expired materials.  Minimum Qualifications: Minimum of 12 years of experience in warehouse materials management and 8 years in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management.  Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.  Job Details & Salary: Work Location: HKN Hamrin Block, Salahaldin, Republic of Iraq.  Work Schedule: Rotational Basis (28/28 or as agreed with Line Manager).  Contract Type: Open Contract (3 months' probation). https://lnkd.in/e3wNS4kH
