مطلوب HR 🚀 We’re Hiring – HRIS Officer 📍 Company: Al Jazeera Telecom 📍 Location: Karada, Baghdad 📆 Working Days: 5 days/week 🕐 Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 💼 Job Type: Full-time 📡 Industry: Telecom / ISP / ICT Al Jazeera Telecom is looking for an HRIS Officer to join our HR team and contribute to managing, supporting, and improving HR systems and related processes. 🔹 Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Communications Engineering. * 1–3 years of relevant experience. * Previous experience in Telecom / ISP companies is required. * Strong knowledge and practical experience with HR systems and applications. * Good understanding of HR system processes, employee data, and system workflows. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work closely with both HR and IT teams. 🔹 Key Responsibilities * Manage and support HRIS systems and daily HR system operations. * Maintain and update employee information and ensure data accuracy. * Monitor system issues and coordinate with IT for troubleshooting and resolution. * Support HR system configurations, updates, and improvements. * Generate HR reports and support HR data analysis. * Contribute to the automation and continuous improvement of HR processes. 📩 How to Apply: Send your updated CV to careers@jt.iq Please mention “HRIS Officer” in the email subject.
