HSE Supervisor (Water Injection Operations)

• Monitor and ensure HSE compliance of all on-site water injection activities, including injection well operation, water source well operation, and injection facility operation • Conduct routine HSE risk identification for water injection system operations (e.g., high-pressure water injection lines, injection pumps, chemical dosing/injection, water treatment facilities) • Perform HSE inspections on water injection wellheads, injection manifolds, water source wells and associated surface facilities to identify leaks, pressure anomalies and equipment integrity issues • Review and verify Permit-to-Work (PTW) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for water injection related operations such as well commissioning, acidizing, stimulation, profile control/water shut-off and well workover • Supervise safe handling, storage and injection of chemicals used in water injection and water treatment processes • Coordinate with WI Field Supervisor and relevant departments to ensure emergency preparedness for water injection system failures or abnormal events Requirements: • Holder of NEBOSH / British Council Level-3 / NVQ Level-3 or equivalent qualification in HSE • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant HSE experience within the field scope of work (water injection / oilfield operations preferred)
