Senior Accountant

Job Opportunity: Senior Accountant Location: Baghdad, Iraq We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to oversee our accounting operations. The role involves managing financial transactions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and contributing to the company's accounting strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee full spectrum of accounting, including Accounts Receivables, Payables, General Ledger, and budgeting. - Ensure timely closing of accounts and review financial statements for accuracy. - Supervise warehouse transactions and conduct inventory checks. - Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis. - Maintain internal controls and fixed asset registers. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5-7 years of experience. - Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
